The university provides competitive remuneration, ample research start-up funds, adequate workplace environment, and first-class public laboratory platform commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. For candidates meeting the requirements of talent introduction, the university will endorse their application for Shenzhen’s talent program in accordance with the benchmarks set by the local government.
