                  2.1. Post A:

                  Supporting policies:

                  a. AHUT provides an annual payment between 800,000 RMBand 1.2 millionRMB.

                  b. AHUT provides the platform construction funds, start-up capital for research and sufficient research and office space. Research assistants and administrative secretaries will also be provided according to actual needs.

                  C. AHUT provides 500,000RMB settling-in allowances and 1 million RMB housing subsidies.

                  d. AHUT offers appropriate jobs to their spouses and help to arrange schools for their children.

                  2.2 Post B:

                  Supporting policies:

                  a. AHUT provides an annual payment between 500,000 RMB and 700,000 RMB.

                  b. AHUT provides the platform construction funds, start-up capital for research and sufficient research and office space.

                  c. AHUTprovides 300,000 RMB settling-in allowances and 800,000 RMB housing subsidies.

                  d. The title of professor will be appointed after the evaluation procedure of AHUT if the professional and technical position has not been evaluated.

                  a. AHUT provides the 7th level of salary standard for associate professors.
